If you find a problem with the product within 30 working days of receipt, please contact XTONEBIKE immediately for return and exchange.
You need to follow below condition:
1.If customer received the product is not the one they ordered, you can contact XTONEBIKE to send it back to us for exchange.
2.Special/unstockable order will not be considered for return and refund unless the issue is due to an error made by XTONEBIKE.
3.Special discount goods (e.g., clearance items, limited discount goods, etc.), if there is no quality problem, we do not support the return or replacement of goods
4.The returned or exchanged goods need to be agreed by XTONEBIKE .After obtaining the consent, the return address will be sent. If you return the product without consent, do not return the item without authorization to avoid loss of the item. The customer is responsible for the loss incurred.
5.Returned products shall be in good condition and with original package as well as not affect secondary sales.
6.The refund agreed by XTONEBIKE will be returned to the customer within 3 business days after receipt of the product.Refund processing time, about 1-2 working days
Check the product carefully before signature!!!
1. If you receive a product with damaged packaging, inspect the items carefully for damage. If there is no damage, sign for the product. If there is damage, report this on the delivery slip or, alternatively, refuse the shipment and it will return to XTONEBIKE(Under the condition of damage during transportation).
If a claim is made against the shipping company, they will provide a compensation number. Please inform XTONEBIKE of this number for delivery tracking. Arrangements for reshipment will be made within 10 business days upon receiving the returned package tracking NO#.
2. If the items are damaged but accepted and not reported, there is no recourse against the delivery company and you are responsible for purchasing any replacement product.XTONEBIKE will send you free replacement rim ,but customer will bear the shipping for reshipment.
3. If the package is in good condition, but the product is significantly damaged during shipment, please keep the waybill, packaging, etc. and contact us within 7 Natural days after the delivery.
The Postage For:
1.Return or replacement of non-commodity quality problems shall be borne by the buyer (calculated according to the actual freight).
2.If the mistake is made by XTONEBIKE ,XTONEBIKE will bear the returned cost $100 at most .The other associated cost will be adsorbed by customer.
